Although dancing is an exercise in itself, I still like to inject hours of structured workout. I like to run because like dancing, it also has some kind of rhythm.
I am more comfortable running indoors so my treadmill is extremely maximized! I have one which has all the basic features (and some) enough to give me some calorie-burning workout at home.
